I have been living here for two years now and I have no complaints. Wendy and Chris care about their residents and are always ready to help if/when needed. I have only had two maintenance requests since being here and both were taken care of in less than 48 hours. Their guest policy is a little strict but only for resident safety. The gated complex also adds extra peace of mind.

Wendy & Chris have been the best to work with. The neighbors are friendly, the complex is extremly safe and gated and have had no problems. I have lived here for two years. Close to the freeway and easy access to whatever part of town you want to go to. Any problems I have had with maintence Chris takes care of right away. They are super friendly and they keep the complex immaculate. I cannot say enough good things about them and my experience there.

Fantastic apartment complex. The owners (Wendy & Chris) are incredibly nice and responsive with any maintenance requests. The area is gated making it feel like one of the safest places around. I’ve been living here for 6 months and haven’t had a single complaint.

Rented here for 3 years and had a great experience! Apartment was clean and up to date, no issues. Landlords are very responsive and made investments to ensure security. The buildings are very quiet and well taken care of. The move in and out process was simple as well!
